Darbhang :- In the office room of the District Magistrate, under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Rajiv Roshan, a review meeting was held on every Wednesday in the light of the instructions of the Chief Secretary, Bihar regarding the compliance of the inquiry being done by about 60 officials of the district.
Addressing the meeting, the District Magistrate said that a monitoring committee has been constituted at the district level to get the errors/deficiencies found during the investigation. Whose job will be to get those shortcomings resolved by establishing coordination with the officials of the concerned department. If the tap is not running under the tap-water scheme in any panchayat, then get it started, if there is any shortage in the mid-day meal in the school, then get it resolved and after it is resolved, it should be marked in the report.
He also directed the monitoring committee to develop a software for this. As soon as any error is corrected, green tick will automatically be put in that column.
In the meeting, District Supply Officer Ajay Kumar, DRDA. Director Ganesh Kumar, Deputy Director, Public Relations Nagendra Kumar Gupta and senior officers of all the blocks were present.
