According to the information, the administration had received a complaint about illegal coal dumping by setting up a coal depot in Uchibhitti village of Champa police station area, after which Collector Jitendra Shukla had directed the Mineral Department to take action. After getting instructions from the Collector, the team of the Mineral Department raided the illegal coal depot, from where the team of the Mineral Department also got a large quantity of coal. As soon as the team raided the depot employees posted there fled. The team also found JCB and truck at the depot. After the action, the departmental team has sealed the office of the illegal coal depot and lifted all the coal from the depot and kept it in the dumping yard behind the collectorate.

In-charge Mineral Officer Ramakant Soni said that people operating illegal coal depots have got the work of transporting coal in some plant. They fill the coal in the car directly from the mine and not empty it in the respective plant, first bring it to the depot and after taking out half the coal from the car, mixing ash and gravel in it, then go to that plant and empty it, in this way they get half the coal free. gets in. It is being told that the transporter supplying coal got to know about the illegal collection of coal and they chased the vehicles and reached this illegal coal depot. After this he informed the officials of the Mineral Department. After which the officers of the department raided and took action. Champa police station in-charge Manish Singh Parihar said that an offense has been registered against the two accused in the case under sections 407, 411, 34.
